Meet Liz

Liz developed a passion for the mental side of performance in her time as a Division I soccer player. She entered her college career with personal expectations that she could not meet, and she had to figure out how to find fulfillment without external reward. In the midst of guiding herself along her own journey, she took an elective Sport Psychology course and realized what she was doing for herself had a name: mental performance coaching.

After seeing how Sport Psychology connected to her personal values in and out of sport, she never looked back. Liz earned her MS in Applied Sport Psychology from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, and she went on to earn her Certified Mental Performance Consultant licensure through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

Liz is passionate about providing mental skills to performers of all kinds to foster resilience and increased enjoyment. She lives in Boise, Idaho with her husband, Tyler, and their Goldendoodle, Baker. You can find Liz outside mountain biking, skiing, hiking, or running. Dinner parties with friends are a regular part of her schedule, and packing up the car to go roof-tent camping with her family is one of her favorite ventures.
